Departments
Twenty operating units, grouped into eight departments by what they do. Three are named here because customers order from them directly.
Human stem cell and exosome preparations, supplied wholesale to licensed physicians and clinics rather than to patients. Manufacturing and regulatory documentation is maintained in English and in Spanish.
Peptides made in the United States and filled into vials, pens, cartridges and nasal sprays. Every product states its intended use and its regulatory status. The department also develops a delivery platform built on a protic ionic liquid excipient system.
Cell and exosome products for companion-animal practice, held to veterinary evidence and regulatory standards — which are not the human ones, and are not treated here as if they were. Practices order on a practice account through a dedicated portal.
Physician-ordered laboratory panels sold to licensed practices at clinic pricing, and mailed collection kits for people who order their own. Partner laboratories run the assays.
The practices and institutes that treat patients directly: regenerative and concierge medicine, peptide and hormone protocols prescribed from lab work, neuropathy and chronic pain, IV therapy in clinic and mobile, in-home care for seniors, and an institute for human performance. This is where the rest of the chain ends.
Tutoring for medical students and graduates through the USMLE Step exams, and licensing and placement for internationally trained doctors, with training, insurance and legal resources alongside.
The software layer: a consumer longevity platform, a white-label wellness platform for gyms, clinics, hotels and employers, and the AI, cybersecurity and intelligence practice that secures both.
Cold-chain storage, labeling, kitting and international shipping for biologics and research materials. This is the part of the chain closest to the group's own operation, and the reason the rest of it can ship at all.

Cells and exosomes are the least forgiving thing the group ships. These are the storage bands biologics and research materials have to be held in. Which band applies is set per product and stated on the product.
